Anyone hear anything more about 5 days in the office? Hearing rumors that India is about to announce 5 days back in the office.

Our rather small team was just told we are - currently - following the hybrid schedule. What was interesting they not only are looking at the badge reports but started looking at actual work output. Duh, what a concept. 2 folks have been taken to task and will most likely be on a PIP. works for the rest of us since the quota will be met. So, no, not everyone works when they are at home.
Would like to say I LOVE those that will not go back into the office no matter what. Even if they get fired. Sticking to one's principal is important. Even if it means fired for cause with no severance, no unemployment and possibly no access to Cobra if fired for cause.
I noticed a majority of the Honeywell job postings dont have a single mention of Hybrid...so I'm presuming that there is a push for 5-7 days in the office.
I'm just not doing it. They can fire me for all I care.
5 days a week with hot desk open seating. Sure it’ll be grand.
Due to labor constraints, going to be 6 days onsite and 7th day is optional.
