They don't know what they're doing and they don't care about their employees or clients. They only care about themselves, and how much money they can make by cutting corners on everything from staffing to customer service (and then passing it all off as "just doing what's best for the company"). As if.

I agree with the OP. The current 'Senior Leadership' underneath Frank is a joke and just plain gross. I've reported to an SVP that required me to work while my child was in the ICU and then provided me with a layoff notice two weeks later. My manager was laughing and smirking during the whole notice. Karma will eventually get her. Good luck to anyone still at Fiserv.
Looks like the id--t PLaw is reading and responding to associate comments. This guy is as big an id--t in person as in responding to these comments. Senior and executive management is horrible, they don't care about associates or clients, just about their bonus checks. Morale at Fiserv is at an all time low and they are literally expected their workers to ki-l themselves for their measley 2% raise. Thanks for nothing you mo--ns.

Winning in every client metric? I am on the OFD team supporting voice of customer and I can tell you the scores are only getting worse month over month. We provide reporting to the executive level so there is no way they don't know whats happening. The poor results include the almighty clover business unit.

And I don't know what "metrics" you are looking at, but I haven't seen a positive client or employee score since around 2020. You want some insight? Go look at the scores (including CEO approval) on Glassdoor. Lol, you won't like it. And that's even with the you shills posting one sentence reviews trying to boost it. Nice try.
Sorry your comments don't resonate as being accurate. Maybe you are from FIS or Global and see that Fiserv is crushing the completion. Also while the S&P is down 18% ytd, Fiserv is up 4%. Also we are winning in every client and Associate metric. Great leadership making this happen!
