Oh and CVE is an island. Completely detached from reality and senior leaders and exec heads stuck where the Sun don’t shine. Today we had to listen to one colorful exec talk down to the team for 45 minutes and the funniest thing is he has no idea what the team even does! The complete tone deaf behavior of the CLT is shocking. I’ve only been here a year and I’m just counting down to bonus time and then I’m out.
