Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

The culture here su-ks

The whole entire organization would be in a better spot if this was a safe and positive environment to work in.

They hire anyone that applies and it's the sales rep fault that the untrained and under paid merches don't perform. Before I left I quit selling because it was a waste of time. Displays never got built or filled and were pulled down in less than a week.

Yep, the culture is awful! What was once a highly respected career had now become the worst job out there! Revolving door should be a clue….if they cared? Clearly they don’t!

It's Soo bad. Used to be a good company but now they hire 25 year olds into upper management and they have no clue what they're doing. They've ran it into the ground. This company is greedy and could care less about employees. Move on!!!

Don’t count on it! This place has been a hot mess for a long time and upper management doesn’t care. Take matters into your own hands and move on. If everyone did this, best ending ever!

Never going to happen. This place has turned into a demoralizing soul crushing place. And will be until the end.
