@ac confirmed from my direct manager that the call for 9am folks was to tell them they are being impacted. And the 9:30 call was for the ones who made it
I noticed a few team members had a 30 mins call at 9:00 ET before Nasrin's call and didn't have the 9:30 one. I wonder if they were impacted :/ or if they did 2 calls for the same reason.
