Flatten the Org Structure!!

While the leadership took this one big unpopular decision , i really hope they flatten the org structure as well

I doubt if most people leaders do enough work compared to an individual contributor.

Mostly they just create unnecessary recurring meetings, present useless slides and cascade down a word vomit of useless jargon

We need more doers in the company and less talkers

They didn't flatten anything as far as I see. In my org (GNT) two more layers were added vs previous org chart pre-11/20/25

flat org structure is def the way... really shouldn't have so many VPs with just a few reports. less bureaucracy = faster decision making

Vz needs to lose the job description " People Leaders".... The singke d-mbest DEI ... no one hand an issue with it except Unibrow crowd!

Seriously.... focus on results.

30* years of selling in Vz and Customers were the prinary focus until Hans & European Team came to Town.

Easy fix... flatten Org chart, go back to Manager job titkes and change HR SVP role to Director.
