I’m not convinced anyone new will do wonders for my team, but watching him leave after all the damage he caused was so, so satisfying.

@OP Congratulations on you! This is encouraging news for a lot of true hard-working people. Bad managers cause more damages to this organization than regular employees.
Any wellsfargo manager gone is at least a step in the right direction.

I've had so managers displaced in the last 24 months! Like musical chairs! WF managers are a dime-a-dozen. They should give out free popcorn in the break rooms rather than the coffee.
