Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

So apparently there is bonuses for associates next year 🤔. And if you exceed expectations you can get over the maximum amount 🤯, but you have to be a salaried manager or work in home office 🙃. How do you over exceed expectations when you just walk around and or just sit in the office. Very interesting especially when you want people to over exert themselves for the holidays with no help and no overtime 🫠
