What happened to JP comments about bringing in TG to replace SS? GR was replaced by SS and now TG? Who will he bring in next to replace TG?
Are there any products that are getting the axe? Where are the biggest SBG cuts?
Each product has CSS and TSA because they all came from different acquisitions. There is no commonality between them whatsoever. Cisco is a distributor of various unrelated Security products.
The amount of FTEs in security is ridiculous for the tiny revenue it brings in. Each product has its own CSS and TSA teams.
Palo Alto and others won the security game so Cisco should sell their security junk and take their $50B tax write-off
I guess that whole "let's tear down all the silos" strategy really sucked after all. But hey, now the interfaces on all the products don't look completely different any more, so...
