Fido has made it clear it will not go the extra mile for employees. Acting accordingly seems fair.

@a9 High performers decided by who, you mean the politicians. Looks like you are an SVP sc-m trying to talk up the culture
This is the best way to go in Fido minimal effort what’s the point when politicians pocket the most
Nice to see teachers pets doing well which is less than 1% of people less than 40 rest are the dinosaurs enjoying life. 99% of the rest are let to stew, sad state state affairs. Pathetic politicians
Good cyber/risk is not customer facing (yet they are…posting here) imagine ba----g on the chest about how important the their role is and finding the time to post here. Your wonderful? What would we do without you? Apologies to the customer.
This is a bs post, at least from my, ET perspective. There is a lot of uncertainty right now, but if you're adding more than average value, you should be ok.
@bh I’m not even customer facing I work in cybersecurity and risk so as a customer you should hope there are more of me getting paid a whole lot more (and their are) to protect your assets and information.
33 years old making $200+…as a customer I am appalled. Hopefully your leadership looks at compensation and customer fees and evaluates whether they are in balance.
There couldn’t be more evidence to the contrary. 100% bonus funding and special bonus equating to 1 extra month of pay in a year where we have seen massive layoffs from dozens of large companies.
If you’re a level 6 or below, sure, you’re maybe struggling but you have to work and be a high performer to benefit from the “pay for performance” comp plan here. I wouldn’t expected associate level 1-4 to be flying high but you’re in your 20s!! If you are in your 30s+ and still in a I’ll 4 or lower role that’s on you.
Network, grow, get promoted and you’ll be making more money and feeling appreciated. Everyone needs to stop whining. And before I get called a boomer dinosaur I’m a 33 year old Lvl 7 making $200k+ but when I was 28 I was making $50k. You can too! Put in the work and stop griping.
