Nowhere is it more visible to what extent our leadership is disconnected from the employees, but also from reality, as during the town halls. I wonder if it is possible for them to be even more disconnected? I doubt it.

They're not disconnected. They have an agenda and will not veer from it. They have been unwavering. The disconnect is in the fact that we don't know what the end goal of the agenda is. This is where the problem lies.
We will not learn any details until theyre ready to share. All we can do is take heed of the current behavior and base our decisions on that.
Two Fiservs....one inhabited by the MC...a rose-colored world of collaboration and genius strategies...and gloating that "we aren't FIS this week". The other more rooted in reality of the chaos.
