The sad part is that it was simpler to find employees in the Oak Ridge store who actually wanted to interact with customers compared to West Town Mall. We'll miss you, Oak Ridge Belk.
@et The Oak Ridge location is an answer in search of a question. It's losing out to larger (and cleaner) Belk locations less than half an hour away. People vote with their wallets, and HQ in Charlotte listens.
