we have a store manager who literally knows how to do NOTHING whatsoever. they cant do anything, yet get paid a store managers salary.is anyone else having this issue in their store?

@dt Our store manager left without any notice. Never saw or heard from her again. It took about a month or more to get a new manager.
@OP SAME at my store. They do nothing and know nothing about how anything is supposed to be done. Show up late and leave early. Run the store by text msgs from the spa or hair salon. Makes me wonder how they got the store mgr position….
My store has been through 7 managers in four years. Each manager comes in thinking they will change the world. They never do.
That’s a serious problem in multiple stores, yet nothing is being done about it. It’s another red flag the company is in very serious trouble.
Yep my former store manager did absolutely nothing! The associates worked circles around her and she got away with it! It’s pretty bad when the flex associates care more about a department and the store itself than any member of management does.
