has anyone noticed that new hires are suddenly 'buddy-buddy'' with managers and hr and they were just hired less than a month ago? is anyone else noticing this in their store?

Store HR is not real HR they are glorified schedule makers,time card fixers, break room decoration putter uppers, and they set up the lunch spread for special events.
Probably hired corporate spies.
@jt-the post last month about the managers Christmas party invitation, that will tell you everything you need to know about Belk. The comments from suspected Belk corporate shills are equally hilarious.
I have noticed this as well. It's almost as if someone is telling them to do that. What are the odd's that all Belk store HR leads and associates are acting the same way? Something is really, really off with this whole picture.
@OP our HR person is a joke. Violates all kinds of employment laws, brags about how being her bud gets you special treatment and favors (weird). They would never be hired in a real HR position.
They are trying to push people out.
