Never in my life have experience this. Nationwide outage. Most cels on SOS. Customer service on the phone = useless. The stores are floded w customers concerned. Store employees know nothing.

We also stopped at the store to fund out what is going on. I felt so bad looking at customers so worried because no service was available. The store we went to was packed with customers waiting. The young rep handle the interaction well. I felt bad for the rep as well.
