Any veteran employees who have seen some s#$t still thinking, sure I'll stick around for what's coming...? I want to weather some mid-layer layoffs or worse yet, decide which stellar fellow colleagues/reports will be laid off, and then wait around for even more bullies and pretenders - wait sorry - 'employees who get results' - to be promoted? Tolerate the continued short-term focus on the stock price rather than the product? Celebrate some 'new' ideas brought in by consultants, that are in fact just copy-paste from the latest consultants' playbook of 'now' ideas that will fall flat before they are even fully rolled out? Just checking...

Im not leaving, just coasting in my job until the inevitable layoffs hit. Hope I get axed and take that severance with me as I get the he-l out of Portland.
I’ve had enough and will resign in January. I’ve lost confidence and trust of all the leaders. I work in HR which is an even worse shape than other functions so that says a lot. So many inexperienced and incompetent people “lead” HR. Now we bring on a new SVP HR NAM without enough experience to go with the incompetence of our global CHRO. Blind leading the blind. Tired of this BS, no bonus again and no hope.
