Yes, everyone will be laid off on Friday. Only Niraj, Kate and George W Bush will remain. The three of them will run all corporate operations from Boston. George W will also run the Employee Tech help bar.

@as I saw a job posting for a marketing position and the hire needs to be based in Toronto, Canada. Looks like they are near sourcing so they can pay $20,000-$30,000 less and avoid health insurance. The rest is of that team is based in the states, for now.
They like to do layoffs before the bonus is given. I saw the post too on Blind and it is gone.
AI is taking over a lot of these roles especially ticket based. There was a post on Blind yesterday that layoffs were happening this Friday but it got deleted. Not sure if its legit or not.

I can't say for sure, but I was part of the cut on the 9th. Saw a post on LinkedIn about them rolling out a bunch of ai stuff. Working with Google to where they can check out there. There is a big push in that area. Also I saw something about them adding to their operation in India. You can search it all up. I hope they don't layoff anyone, but better to start looking for options now. The job market is tough also, so good luck to you all. I'll be watching and going for the best.
For sure, they are using AI to automate processes in CSO LPAX and B2B. These ticket agents will be the first to go.
