These folks have the ba--s to send me an email telling me they were sending a box for IT equipment. I gave my stuff to a senior manager after my RIF meeting. I have been a model employee, a PEAK Achievement winner, and asked for this stuff a week later. These people are heartless.

I already returned my laptop the day I got cut as I was asked to come to the office and return the laptop and badge. Now I get an email about the recovery kit. What else am I supposed to return the shirt and the freebies?
My box is filled to the brim and ready to go. Sitting in my truck in sub-temps, wonder what that does?
@rp Went a few years ago. Would have been really terrible if awarded this year, and still was let go.
Can you imagine being the employee who open the box and finds one laptop and like 20 awards things? 🤣💀 I would to be a fly on the wall and see their expressions

The email is automated. Of course you send your equipment back. It isn’t yours. It’s just the professional thing to do to return their property.

I donated all my TMO shirts and hats and jackets to the homeless shelter lol. Landed a job in a week in another company which pays more and super excited to start. Not seen the box yet but what’s funny is the people who are still there are getting heavily overworked and micromanaged saying they could be next if the new inflated goals aren’t met. Best of luck to all and just remember you are all amazing and worth so much more elsewhere if your current company can’t see that.
Make sure to donate your TMO gear to homeless shelters. SVPs have told me they hate when they see TMO gear being worn by who are homeless.
Got my box today and it arrived asap. Are they really that concerned about their old equipment? Gross

I got an email too that they are sending me boxes or what they call discovery kit. Any of those impacted sent also their badges and yubi key?
I never got a box and still have the laptop. I got my full severance. They never asked for the laptop and i’m going out of my way to bring it to a store (they didn’t ask me to).
@d4 No doubt about it. PowerPoint versions for 15 different leaders to never read each week. They built the exec empires and ultimately those beneath suffer. We’ve were forced to be d-mbed down, rely on vendors and just ensure we were adhering to the new process of the month. It really is like Office Space in real life.
@ar not numbers, its what you were doing the.company decided it no longer needed. Petty empires, org stuffing, powerpoint/dashboards for things not needed.
TMO is trash.
I trashed my Peak and Winners circle after I left. Sent all the TMobile gear to Goodwill.

@aj Yeah, you're right...probably standard. Never been remote and just proves that we are seen as numbers and not individuals.
This i assume is standard. I recall hearing others also received a box too in order to send back laptop if you are remote.
