Why is this guy employed anywhere?? Product teams hate him, we have to hide customers from him to save credibility- how oblivious is our board?

Ok, we all know at this point how AJ such.
The bigger question - who hired him? Is he someone’s friend? If so, whoever this friend is, they must go too.
This is his first and will 100% be his last role at a company within the CX or greater collaboration industry. It’s been said before that he’s likely protecting this paycheck because it most likely is his last ride. Anyone that does the diligence our board obviously didn’t do will immediately come across feedback of how incapable he his professionally and toxic/low character he is as a person.
