The company doesn’t work for you - no company does. Xerox is working exactly as it wants to - to your own detriment. They don’t want to do “the right thing” by your judgement. They’re happy for you to bray and cry so long as you fit into their slow extraction of value. Companies work for shareholders, not employees. They’re not your family. They don’t care about you.
