Thread regarding Optum layoffs

RRP and Merit are low this year, but don't worry!

Skeletor gave himself 61 million dollars for his compensation package this year.

I'm sure that will trickle down to all of us, right?

Right?

So when is RRP discussed with the employees?

70% is going to end up with 70% of 70% as a heads up. If you have a 10% bonus that means you’ll be lucky to end up with 5% of it

@ec
That is not a max, it's the average. 5s will more, 3s get less.

And it's 72%, not 70%. Managers already know as had to enter already.

Who knows when managers will know?

@eb it means that at the absolute most you will get 70% of your regular bonus.

Say your “target” is 10% of annual salary. You now can at the absolute best get 7% in 2026. However, those who get less than a 5/5 will get substantially less, and UHG imposes a curve where a team has 1 person at 5/5 unless your manager has a gigantic number of direct reports. The average bonus in this scenario will be closer to 2.5-3.5% of salary.

70% funded. What does that mean?

UHG: get paid like a government worker, with the lack of direction or leadership of a new start up, and the profits and market cap of a moderate sized country.

The 60 million is over 3 years. Let’s at least be accurate
