Culture at UHG is about every person for themselves. Look how it treats the executives that fail.. the ones that took the landline … executive turnaround is way too high.. no stability. The culture isn’t bad, the strategy is.

Calling it a "culture" shifts responsibly to employees. If they were honest, it is an issue of "continuity of employment" due to global cost cutting strategy. It subtly suggests, if you were just more adaptable, working here wouldn't be so painful. Well sorry, I cannot culture-hack my way out of deletion.
