Has anyone had their raise talk with their manager yet? What % raise are people getting? I haven't had mine yet.

Pay discussions - at least US - are scheduled 2/15 - 2/28. Supervisors don't have access to the forms yet (I am a supervisor). Most will probably happen 2/16 - 2/20 but the date ranges is 15th through 28th. Structure depends on payroll and PSG but there was structure at least for US.
@mj that just means that you aren’t getting a raise.
Structure is at least 2% this year. Not sure if its ended up higher.
I heard from my supervisor there is no structure (cost of living) this year. Haven't had my raise conversation and cannot confirm his info.

I have already gotten mine. I was Pleasantly surprised.
3% structure. Enjoy the 1.25 CIP present.
Have not had the conversation but I think it should be announced this week. At least that was the pattern the last two years…
