When are we suppose to enter goals for 2026? I do not see portal open yet.

Pretty sad when employees have to come to the layoff website for job aids.
why bother. you will get a 3 for doing nothing. you will also get a 3 for doing the heavy lifting.
you need to use the iper-confusing, cumbersome, useless WorkDay
Performance Objective 2026 is to survive any layoffs....that's about it
