Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Future with National General?

What is the plan? Is NatGen integrating into Allstate programs? Are we going to be expected to learn theirs? What is their leadership like? It seems like a lot are being shoe horned into leadership levels at Allstate which is not great considering how NatGen does business in regard to their employees...What is going to happen between the two companies and more importantly what is the plan for adjusters and appraisers?

Probably will integrate claims more and more. Their systems more updated, faster, more automated. With that and AI use, betting some layoffs of ngic front line but still lots of claim work to do. Managers should worry if they don’t have a lot of direct reports because allstate managers usu have a lot of them and some roles are redundant. Managers have more to worry about than adjusters.

I can tell you that Nat Gen employees are running for the doors. With all of the cr-ppy technologies, processes and unreal expectations.

You do not want to be part of Allstate's toxic culture, poor processes, and maniacal leadership.

They will become one claims department by end of year.
