How likely are you to recommend FIS as a place to work? Pulse Survey Results

Who the heck are these people? The result was 73...for real...??? Do these people hate their friends or did so few respond that some c-suite group was able to skew the results?

The results must be "AI" generated with hallucinations.

Response rate is indeed extremely low. I would not be surprised if the response is massaged to only accept the lowest score as a no. Otherwise why not do the question as a yes/no instead of a range.

@d6 You are right, the grass is not necessarily greener on the other side. I just joined FIS following the acquisition of Issuing Solutions from GPN. Many of my coworkers and I were excited to get out from GPN. What a huge letdown it turned out to be already and we are actually missing being under Global now. The benefits here are sad in comparison and communication seems to be nonexistent.

@d6 What kool-aid are you drinking? Teams are overwhelmed with work, management is not sure what is going on or the direction we are going. Worse the clients are pi---d. We say Modern is the direction, but are more interested in selling products should have been sundowned. Yes we can use the infusion of that cash, but where is the cash going?

Nothing good is going to come out of responding to a survey with honest feedback. It's not anonymous. I am never going to respond.

@OP I would say that the sentiment on this site doesn’t represent my view of FIS. Yes it su-ks that lots of folk are losing their jobs but lots are not and are happily working and being paid along with their other benefits and hence would consider recommending FIS.
The grass is not necessarily greener elsewhere. Just my opinion.

@as I want to be on the next list but don't want to get fired instead because I raised my hand. If they offered early retirement, I'd take it in a second if I get 10 months severance.

Only if you like to watch the incompetent fail upward. Not you, though, never you.

People don't want to be recorded giving a low score, so are choosing not to participate, that's all it is. Most of us are hanging on to our jobs by a thread, hoping they clean house of these crooks while looking for another job. No one wants to end up on their next RIF list so aren't participating.

It is about how lower is comparing to last one… Before MkLady joined, have 80+ was normal… 73 is the lowest I saw in my FIS life…

If they were going to write fiction they could have at least made it entertaining. Maybe sci-fi? "Stephanie Ferris joins the USS Enterprise and travels the galaxy to downsize alien planets"

When it says this survey has been prepared for you dont forward it, it means they have a way to track it. Of course you are going to give positive reviews.

Will Never recommend anyone to this company, No work life balance and hostile work environment all the time and no proper raises or bonus structure , and you never know when you will lose your job. Everyday is a challenging day.
