The last payday. $8600-ish in my case. Since I "volunteered" for the RIF, I must say, VZ has done everything promised. Since I was retiring anyway, it has been nice to get a sizeable amount of cash out the door! I do hope all affected are doing well.

@b3 Did you get your 2025 and 2026 STI? My amount only looks like the 2025.
@OP good for you - why would anyone post the amount you got paid? Good riddance probably a Sr. Director not being truthful they got the boot want to make it look like she was ready to retire… Your day finally came …
@cj thx was having a panic attack!
@bq unlike regular payroll being available in some deposit accounts a day early (hits my Fidelity available balance on Thursday, despite pay check date reflecting Friday) the STI deposit is a “hard Friday” deposit and has never been deposited / appeared / shown any signs of existence in my bank account until the day-of (Friday). This is the case every year for me. If you see it under View Pay Check, it will appear in your bank tomorrow.
I see the money posted now. Recheck folks
@bt I don’t see anything yet
Anyone else who got let go in November not see the STI in their account today?
@bq I only have my last week of pay so far, like you. I assume the rest is still pending in the deposit system and should start to show up in your statements in the next few hours or so.
As long as it's not a long wait for the other half of the severance pay (VZ paying vs. the required NJ state), I'm good.
weird, i see STI on VZ payroll page , and I see my regular pay pending in bank account. but STI is not showing as pedning yet in bank account
@b3 Same here, see them all in the current paycheck history, the amount of taxes taken out is disgusting! Wonder when the signed rest of the Severance payout will be deposited as well...
Just need my RSUs, and I can be free!!
I’m surprised! I got my NJ required severance, unused vacation, STI and my last week of work pay! Heavily taxed but I’ll take all of it!
Woohoo....ain't sending back the laptop now.
