This 'recognition' has always been about the 'leaders' getting their trip, and oh, okay, we can bring a few others along the way as well. Why not, especially now they could do it with the SAP lawsuit money. Are they recognizing the sales team that lost the least amount of customers last year?
I don't think I've ever seen a leaders circle with so many execs. I recognized at least 7 VP+. But glad they're getting a free trip, I'm sure they couldn't afford it on their salary.
