Thread regarding 3M layoffs

3 more weeks to close Q1, and the high level management are pulling in sales whenever they can to save the quarter. otherwise it would be an ugly April earnings call for BB where the share price might plunge back to the $130ish

@az I’m pretty sure there is an annual training that covers this even if you are a technical employee

@bx she and everyone else is doing exactly what BB wants by putting the pressure on all of you and then when results don’t come pushing you out. They are all his puppets — every one of his reports. No backbone, just corporate yes men.

We pulled in too much in 25 Q4, but this wasn’t considered for 26 OP setting then even load up more numbers on top of it. All those consulting dudes thinks sales would grow if they tighten the reins, but not happening. When BB will realize WB is total chaos?

There is a top down mandate to cut the lead time of MTO products so that factories can churn out for Q1 sales. Thats how desperate it is.

thats what they are facing anemic growth in Q1 now, due to forward pulling of sales back into Q4'25 to "look good". senior executives are in panic mode now scrambling for sales. factories have been asked to load up to "full utilization" to close up Q1 gap.
