Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Nielsen mastered it

If there was a class on destroying mental health, this place would teach it. They've got every technique down. The pressure, the uncertainty, the constant moving targets. It's impressive in a horrible way.

Nielsen was an embarrassing company to work for. Golly.

Sad to see what a formerly great American company have become! There are stages to capitalism, all great companies end up like this, it is only a matter of time!

Everybody still there should leave already, join a company that won't break your nervous system, stress can ki-l!

There was a manager who died recently due to the stress. Another who had a mental breakdown. Others who have been injured on the job. The corporate overlords are happy to get them off the books.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I stayed just so that I could get my severance.

Then was let go and found a better job 5 months later that paid me way more than Nielsen was paying me after decades!

Now I get to enjoy watching them self implode after firing all the SME's and replacing them with cheap labor that is in way over their heads!
