Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I want to axe a question about layoffs

How does Wells Fargo decide how many weeks of unemployment benefits do you get if they lay you off? I have nine months now since I joined Wells. So what would I get if I get let go?

Severance is 2 wks for every yr of service with an 8 week minimum

Unemployment is paid by the state and has nothing to do with how long you worked for WF.

You git 4 weeks of unemployment benefits for every year you worked at Wells, You also git extended medical insurance for a while before you got to buy COBRA coverage or go without medical insurance until you git a called back to Wells or git a new job somewhere else.

You would get the satisfaction of knowing the bank is better off without you.

Wells Fargo has nothing to do with how many weeks of unemployment you get. Benefits are administer through your state.
