Inside Sales RIF

Apparently, inside sales AVPs were made aware of the RIF coming next month and were told to review the impact list before it's finalized this week. All ICs, no leaders.

If you're in the Orlando call center, it would be wise to make sure your savings are in order...I'm hearing that half that office is getting termed before June with some roles moved to Dallas.

You will know if you're impacted if you get an email from workforce mgmt asking you to document your average work day with your FLM copied.

Yay!! We got red shoes!! Could have used that money to bring back former top leaders and pay current quality employees. Instead….red Nike shoes and layoffs!!!

@OP yep it's a matter of time before it happens again. I'm also sure anyone working remote full-time now will have to start going into an office since they are pushing RTO. Most leaders and others working remote are not that productive working from home from what I've seen in the past. It's only fair, if people at corporate are pushed going into an office then everyone should be forced to go into an office. People have become so lazy working remote full-time "not all individuals" but it doesn't help the company with that kind of productivity when the majority don't do much. I honestly think this company did better when there was less wfh. People working remote are never available and you can see that productivity always "Away" on Teams.

@OP sure waste money at the rah rah ree sales conference and lay people off. Typical Staples. Oh wait, they twist the arms of the vendors to finance the propaganda show. 🤣
