What happened to the GCC in Oldsmar? Did the GCCs in India managed to replace it completely or still on the fight?
The GCC could have been an asset.
What made it a problem was the leadership culture built around it: micromanagement at the top, self-validation in the middle, and everyone outside the circle treated as expendable.
This is not really about geography. It is about a leadership structure that rewards loyalty to itself more than actual contribution.
And the higher you look, the less reassuring it gets.
