@ca Layoffs are being justified as necessary cost reductions, yet at the same time we see continued high bonus allocations and an expansion of senior leadership roles, often filled through external networks.
This creates a perception that cost discipline is not applied consistently across the organization, particularly when it comes to former colleagues brought in from previous organizations.
