No, that is not the pattern. A lot of short tenure people were moved also. No idea on what basis the decision was made. Possibly driven by AI.

@ac For the team under my manager, I fall in the middle of tenure and experience (15 years) and was the only one "offered" a role at Cognizant. All of my coworkers were told June 30th will be their last day.

Is there a pattern? i.e were people with long tenure moved to 3rd companies to avoid severance pay? And short tenure laid off?
