Have most regions already started to get rid of the BCR role? Our facility is one of three that have not switched in our state yet, but it is coming sometime this year I heard.

We just went through the restructure they were given severance checks out first to anyone who wanted it. Then we had to interview for the new sales rep positions. Anybody else that did not get one of the new positions drop down to merchandiser.
Bulk customer reps. Service large format like wegmans, Walmart, etc
BCR are going away anyways. The new system is going live in most areas.

What are you talking about? SDLs are barely in the trade. BCRs are over worked and underpaid, if they're even paid correctly, and no im not a BCR but you sure sound like an SDL or a PSAM.
What is BCR?
BCRs are overpaid order takers. No need for them at all. SDLs baby them too much and do all of the selling themselves
