Another week with almost no communication from leadership, just nonstop guessing and speculation about what’s coming next. I’m so tired of this. I’d honestly pay good money for leadership that respects its people enough to just tell the truth, even when it’s not what we want to hear.

I'll never understand adults that need to be led. It's a source of income, no more. It could go away at any time. No messaging fixes or changes that reality. Actually they have said as muchh. We are going to be leaner. They can't tell you if you personally are safe or not ( which is all you really want to know). They don't know and what is true today might not be tomorrow.
I guess this ambiguity and uncertainty is stressful, but has THAT much changed really ? It's always been like that here and in the industry
Man shut your bi--h a-s up and go sell for us and get our 1.3 while us am and gm just sit in the back and laugh at you peasants before I put your a-s on a PIP

personally i do not need a detailed mission statement from the CEO to do my job. nor would i put much stock in it even an extremely detailed plan was released. it was just what a year ago they had their hub model released? now it is flushed. so if you don't like the weather here just wait a bit
Just another day in paradise
Communication from the CEO to the Senior regional management is broken. Senior regional management is winging it due to the total lack of direction. The only thing the front line employee clearly sees is how market management is concentrating on CYA and just reacting to the knee je-k scrappy leadership of our CEO. The whole thing is one big circle J@_k.
I respectfully edit. Correct terms are "Failed Leadership" or " HR circlej--k
@a7 why you overestimate?
They are No. 13
Employees are at about number 9 of the leadership’s top 10 priorities so don’t expect anything to change
