I totally agree that HON nowadays is only good as a stepping stone. Stay here for a while to evolve your skillset and leave. All those who did so are now in much better positions in companies that align with their values.
Those who did not realize on time that this has become just a stepping-stone company are stuck here.

Got let go and now making 40k more and health insurance is the same but paying less! New company cares for its employees. It is so refreshing!
