Why do you work at a bank that pays by billions for consumer and employee abuse?
Then turns around and tells employees to cut back. Or lays them off.
Don't you want better for yourself?!

I was hoping to wait until bonus was paid but outside companies are moving too fast.
I get the question. I am just waiting it out to retire basically. I can' t stand this company or a lot of the people. My manager is okay, but he is in it for himself. That is obvious. But I am just holding on for hopefully seven more months... That isn't too long. I hope!
Depends on whether you are of a certain age or not. Not as easy for those of us later in our careers as age discrimination truly exists.
It's not as bad as you might think. You can find any faults with any company if you look for it.
I think many of us are or will be looking elsewhere very soon.
Can't be bad if there are so many people worried about being laid off. Maybe your assumptions are wrong. Maybe its a fantastic place to work and just abused by extremist politicians for political gain and kickbacks.
Yes.
Ha I make mad money ja--ing over Joe Schmoe Broke D!ck on fees. Gotta hit those numbers to get those wild bonus’. Just like going to a car dealer, you had better know what you’re doing when you go in or you’re getting raked over the coals. Churn baby churn.
Cuz they pay me like 140k per year and no other job could touch that in my area.
Does anyone disagree? People who want better for themselves should leave. If something's keeping you from searching for better, the only thing holding you back is you.
