I'm not asking those lucky ones who have it made here, but those who have to deal with the company's toxic culture on daily bases. Those who, like myself, hate their jobs due to an awful manager, unrealistic expectations, and no chance of advancement, among many other things.

Absolutely. Especially if you don't have, PAYMENTS.
$13k cut, I'd qualify for welfare...lol..lol
I took a $20k cut, fully remote, amazing culture & no politics or sadistic mgrs. There is lots of growth & I know I will end up ahead. Keep looking if you don't take it. Life is so much better on the other side!
I make 75K in JC and I’d take a 13K cut for sanity in a nanosecond. Problem is every job I seem to qualify for wants to pay 45-50K.
13k from what? 150K plus? Probably if the new job became more bearable and I wasn’t getting tracked at how many times I came into the office. But if you make 70k in Pittsburgh or 100k in the NYC area you’re more likely to make a lot more for the same level of experience (assuming J grade). If you make less than that, you need to get out yesterday!
Hard to answer. Can you afford the pay cut and will the new job make you happier? If so the do it. There's more to life than money.
No, I would simply keep interviewing.
There are a lot of factors that would go into making that decision.
13k compared to what? That’s a little too steep for me if I was to leave my 130k a year job. Now if it was like 4-5k, mostly remote, and the job was less stressful, I’d jump at it. 5k is about the cost of my commute per year.
