Have you ever worked elsewhere where there is such a high number of useless D-Bag middle managers compared to Honeywagon? The number of totally worthless Directors, Senior Directors, and even VPs is astonishing. All they do is have weekly reviews where they whine and cry, send jobs to Indyer, Chiner, and Mexiyer, and nothing changes except them continuing to get huge raises and bonuses while letting go the people who actually do the work. Disgusting!

Only those in the Charlotte office get the free snacks ( a payoff for sharing space with the Offices of E band). 99% of us get sweet FA, in fact the only food on offer in our office is an overpriced vending rack full of high sugar snacks and drinks that Honeyhell profit from.
The fact that these E bands are getting absurd bonuses while the hard-working folks who actually make Honeywell operate get nothing? I’ve never worked for such a top-heavy company. Ah! but we get free snacks and parking so there’s that I guess?
This is the inherent nature of buro-cratic organizations, they feed on themselves in order to justify their existence.
What is needed is a 90's style washout where multi layers of management are shed. Nothing short of that will turn this $hit show of a company around. Look at all the VP/Directors and Mgrs just in your Functional Org chart.
What a surprise it was to see how work got done without them but only by feasting on the younger no nothings who worked ungodly amounts of unpaid OT, ha!

What blew my away at Honeywell was just how low the bar to entry was, people on salaries they could NEVER earn anywhere else with such limited education, intelligence or ability. I am certain you are one of these, I bet you stab your colleagues in the back any chance you get in desperation to keep hold of this lottery ticket.....enjoy it.... you too will be out soon :)

OP- If I had to put up with whiney, crying, complaining, expletive-laced employees, I'd be looking for those who appreciate a job. Any of this off shoring happening in your area by chance?
