I got it and had copilot rephrase mine to be more "appropriate."
They're not gonna like the baseline for this samples pulse survey.
If anyone caught it 10% of 2026 merit actually includes voluntary retention and NPS. Which is hilarious.
Managers can narrow down the results so as much as you would like to unload how you really feel it’s just not worth it.
I received it. It says that it’s “confidential” but not to forward the link as it’s specific to “me.” A part of me wonders if they are going to target those who leave negative feedback for layoffs.
I got it. Probably not gonna like my answers. I remember putting in one of the comment boxes to stop threatening performance improvement plans and to just give me one and get it over with already. Something to that effect lol
