I didn’t think it was possible but it seems as though the experience at Nike has only increased in toxicity. I cannot even imagine being there now. I left many years ago after 22 years.

@f5 complaining or speaking up at Nike is a waste of your time. You will have a target on your back. It’s who you know that matters. If the teachers pet doesn’t like you, consider yourself at the top of the list. It’s a toxic place to be and has been for a long time. I’ve witnessed so much that it’s disgusting. I see what happens when people speak up so it’s not worth it. I have a co worker that is being bullied and I feel bad for him. He won’t say anything! I’ve watched people leave because it’s so toxic and HR does nothing. Seems like we need to take it to the media. That might make a bigger difference.
Nike is so so toxic. At this point, since complaints aren't being addressed at all, promoting toxic managers out of the teams may be the only way to restore sanity and relief.
Not even close. Short interest is like 4% of float which is very low. Days to over is 2, also low.
My brother in christ it seems? Jd threw gasoline on the fire and our multimillion earning leaders who have never witnessed a mirror in their collective lives have since been raking everyone else over the coals with at minimum annual layoffs.
They and the everpresent consulting leaches stare at nke, reading tarot cards and palm lines wondering how to make green arrow go up all the while repeatedly skullfu--ing morale like its some kind of ki-k. Just screech LeAdErSHiP a little louder and its ok right? These losers couldn't run a lemonade stand.
Nike is far beyond toxicity. The mismanagement and disconnection is so intense plausible deniability is nearly gone.
well yes the endless real threat of layoffs does tend to sour the disposition and this being a LAYOFF board means it’s not going to be a giant wave of positivity.
combine that with our horrible “leaders” and yeah spirits aren’t up.
those issues aren’t exclusive to tech
It just seems that way because tech has taken over this site and it’s the worst org in the company.
