Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

A frog in a well does not know the great sea

Every time I read pathetic self congratulatory LinkedIn posts from XOM employees congratulating the company, its managers, cheap employee promotions, and company policies or actions, It reminds me of this great old Japanese wisdom:

A frog in a well does not know the great sea!

Total brain dump in this company.

Gosh look at the pathetic LinkedIn posts from the loser employees. A-hos trying to be philosophical, acting thoughtful, even going down so low as to being their kids in the XOM story to Su-ck up to fake leaders.

Total sheet show. Stop reflecting on the year a-ho; you are the biggest “brown” noser.

"A frog in a well does not know the great sea!"

Yeah, and all the future generations of frogs stuck in that proverbial well ends up having some sort of mental re--rdation due to all the inbreeding that has been occurring inside that well for decades.

This is the only logical conclusion I have been able to come up with for explaining our downfall..........................

I agree, if XOM doesn’t pay you enough is your fault. Why XOM has to pay you more if you can’t even negotiate a salary raise?

XOM is a great company. I’ve worked for other two majors and are all the same, but XOM pays better
