Anyone know when numbers are to be announced and paid out?

In the past it’s been delayed up to 6 months. Let’s see…
I also was told it was being delayed, but not given any values. Is it because of layoffs they are planning in January? I don't know why moves like this from the bank still surprise me anymore...
by now your boss should be telling you as a heads up what your year end rewards will look like. i asked mine just before holiday break and he told me basically what i was getting but that things are delayed. just.. ask..

Not everyone gets a bonus
Pretty much any financial industry worker who has a solid business, financial, economics and/or technology education should be getting solid bonuses in their early forties at latest. If not, you’re pretty much not delivering any value and you need to rethink your career.
Money certainly isn’t everything or even really important . Maybe you’re just not cut out for a career. hard work is not for everyone. Best advice is to examine your hobbies and try to find your productive niche in the world. If you love your work you’ll not work a day in your life. It is possible to drift through life without direction and avoiding work but in my experience with these people it only hardens hearts and increases envy.
Who are you people and why do you get bonuses?
Will be paid out 2/28/23, last paycheck in Feb. Usually announced mid-February.
