Architecture leadership without architecture, direction without clarity, and decisions without grounding, this isn’t strategy, it’s a slow, well-documented collapse

I think he took the best decision on announcing chief architect, what's wrong with it?
Pau.l has no head! GB extremely smart!!
Horrible and unbelievable announcement. This is the best example why our bank functioning so bad when it comes to building systems
????
Paul announced Chief Architect for his organizations! You couldn't believe the person!!
What was the announcement??
Last quarter, the Chief Architect stood in front of leadership and proudly declared his new "visionary" architecture: a bloated, over-engineered mess of microservices, AI-washed buzzwords, and zero documentation.
Six months later, nothing worked. Performance tanked, costs skyrocketed 300%, and the real architects were spending all their time firefighting his half-baked decisions instead of shipping features.
When the board asked why delivery was dead and burn rate was insane, he smiled and said, "We just need more resources to realize the full potential of the strategic platform."
Leadership nodded, then quietly scheduled layoffs.
This time, they're not cutting fat. They're cutting the dead weight at the top... and anyone unlucky enough to be associated with his glorious failure.
Another round of pink slips, all because one unqualified clown was allowed to play architect with real systems and real people's jobs.
Legacy/retirement thinking... ??
I believe OP referring to Paul Pereira l's organization announcement, today!
it sounds like a setup for cuts middle of the month as usual!!!
