@br naw- hr gives them the list based on formulas to make sure that they can’t be called out for any type of discrimination…
manager picks favorites for EP/IP rating, HR should how unfair the process is and fire those manager first
Strange question from an EP. It literally means your performance is inconsistent or not up to expectations for your level. That would look different for everyone.
