Why is it so difficult engage with the executive during the town hall? So much skirting around. Just get straight to the point.

Was it bad that they kept referring to the “how” we’re going to change as being the “hard part” and “hardest part.” not really optimistic language
@j3 When people talk fast, especially executives, it normally means they have nothing much to say and they don't really believe in what they are saying and their conscious knows they are lying and implicitly their brain wants to get over with this unpleasant experience as fast as possible resulting in fast talking.
Also, who has a Townhall of 45 minutes of the same person going on and on. I have no idea what Omar was telling us - too fast talking and too boring. 15 minutes for about 3 questions, and the main voted question about the job titles was completely ignored! All about customers, nothing to do with their actual staff!!
@e1
No more LOL emojis allowed during those calls ? Instead you get the constantly grinning HR lead talking rubbish. Any chance of replacing A.B. with AI ?!
@ea who is leaving (asking a former employee).
Also neglected to mention that another member of the PEM is leaving, and instead communicated that via e-mail a few hours later.
Notice how they changed the platform so no one can bombard them with emojis this time
They also skipped the top question regarding an update on demoted job titles, so disappointing not knowing what’s going on and everyone seems so drained on top of it
