Humans are not made to withstand so much stress on a daily basis. We really aren't. Even if our physicals health remains fine (and it rarely does) this all takes a huge toll on our mental health. I'm this close to quitting every single day because of this. There's only so much we can all take.

Stop Caring. Have copilot fa-t out all work product. Smile and nod on Teams. Stare out the window most of the day at HQ.
I can honestly say that I am happy in my current Optum role. I feel for those who don’t have that.
Crown and coke does the trick
My wife getting laid off was actually less stressful than going through the worry of layoffs looming each week.
@OP I switched teams. Manager was the issue.
Do meditation and take 5 deep breaths bring the harmony within....no one has control on you other than you....You are so stronger than what you can imagine....God bless you.
Reduce expenses, save as much as you can (so you can withstand a period of time not working), get your resume updated and start applying elsewhere now. All stuff within your control. The other stuff related to quiet quitting is good too because "they" don't deserve more than what they pay for from you. Take any work apps off your phone and try not to think about work outside of working hours.
@OP Don’t quit. Just go on the silent quit. Do the bare minimum. Walk around your house, take your breaks, take your lunch. If they do decide to fire you at least they have a good reason and you get your conscience will be clear.
I'm not stressed in the least bit. I only control what I control. Hope you pull through
