@e8 If you’re topped they often give a bonus type compensation. I’ve seen plenty of groups get a larger budget pool for raises than others or at least that’s what I was told by management. Could be a bs excuse.

Do reviews even matter when you're "Topped Out"? And where can you find the pay scale for you position? Seems like a lot of secrecy the last few years.

Tell me something I didn't know. Managers walk in with the reviews already completed...after reviewing all their ratings with the directors who can and often do make adjustments to the Managers' ratings, based upon which person was kissing which director's backside.
